pizza

we went to youth on wednesday, kris needed two volunteers to serve pizza, so i volunteered, so did my friends morgan and madi, so there ended up being three volunteers. after a while a bunch of skater guys walked in the youth room, they saw we were serving pizza, they walked up to us asking if they could have some pizza, some of them didn't have money for pizza, (that's one of the bad thing about serving pizza at youth, sometimes the kids don't bring money and they beg me to give them free pizza). some of the skater guys didn't bring money but they took a different approach, they started flirting with us. i ask madi if she thought they were flirting with us to get free pizza or because they like us or because they liked us, she thought it was to get free pizza, but even when i was walking pass them they were still flirting with me.

this week the trend

i finally started a trend, and that trend is...
having a blog. in reality joanna started the trend but i helped.
i also finally got a cell phone, after about two months of begging my mom to let me get one. it is cool, but it doesn't have a camera in it though. but it is a flip top, and the best part is texting, and the worst part is i have to pay for it all myself. but it is pay-as-you-go, so it is cheaper.

cassie

Lately I've been thinking about a song that my favorite band flyleaf sings called cassie. it's about a girl named cassie
who was murdered because she believed in god. it is a good song but now that i know the meaning of the song every time i think about it, it makes me think, what would i do if i were her. some times when i hear the song i start to cry. (i know i sound like a wimp but i've never thought about it much.) not only is flyleaf's music inspireing but it sounds great too. you really should get their self-titled cd. (warning this is a hard rock CD. not like "every word they say is screaming" type hard rock but like a more intence verstion of relient k. to find out what i'm talking about, buy the cd.

Frisbee

today (Wednesday) i went to youth. most of the middle school kids went to a retreat at camp woodlands so most of the kids there were highschool kids. i hung out with my old friend michael. we played frisbee with a couple of other kids but then most of the other kids quit playing and then it was just michael and i. then we had the sermon and it really moved me. After the sermon i went to a place behind a wall to cry for about five minutes, (they were tears of joy), if you were there you would understand. after that we played more Frisbee.

Name game

here is a cool game, it's called the name game.
here's how you play: someone put the name of a celebrity, let's say the name is orlando bloom, the next person who plays will take the last letter of the latest celebrity, now after orlando bloom i put mandy more. you can add not just actors you can add singers too, or people you might find in the national enquirer.

slip 'n slide kick ball

on Wednesday I went to youth, good thing I wore shorts because we played slip'n slide kick ball! it was sooooo fun! of course the team I was on lost. it was cool because they put soap on the slip'n slide. a kid was annoying one of the girls who didn't go on the slip'n slide (as usually) trying to get her wet but then she kicked him and he was laying on the ground with soap from the slip'n slide in his eyes, I let him use my bandana to wipe his eyes but then I told him that my bandana had been in my sweaty hair all day, he freaked out, I was funny.

putt putt

on wednseday we went to ashley's house. everyone from keepers was there. her grandparents tought us how to make pasta. it was cool seeing every body again. then we went to youth. it was cool, we went to the putt putt court i was on a team with alli and meghan. on the way we stoped at wendy's to get something to eat.

the 4th of july

sorry i haven't been posting lately.
on independence day i went to my friend Courtney's house and i spent the night there.
we went swimming, courtney's mom made hamburgers, and we did fireworks.
my favorite fireworks that Courtney's dad did were the older ones that shot up ten feet in the air and came back down and then exploded, no one got hurt unless you count Courtney's cousin, one of the sparks landed on his head. then we played alot of video games like we always do. we spent two nights there, it was soooo fun!!!
the second day we played more video games and played hide and seek with her brothers. we were going to go night swimming but it started lightning and being electrocuted was not something we wanted to do. on the last day we played more video games and more hide and seek. then my mom came to pick us up and Courtney's's mom made steaks and more hamburgers for dinner.
then colin (courtney's brother) had to go to foot ball practice and we went with them to take him there then we went to visit one of my mom's friends. then we went home.

super glue

HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED HOW SUMMER GOES SO FAST.
IT HAS ALL READY BEEN ONE MONTH SINCE SCHOOL GOT OUT FOR MY FRIENDS. AND OVER A MONTH SINCE BOWLING AND KEEPERS ENDED. I MISS BOWLING AND KEEPERS, I'M GLAD THEY HAVE YOUTH THROUGH THE SUMMER. LIKE THE NEW COLOR?
COOL ISN'T IT?

FOR SOME WEIRD REASON MY LIVE STRONG BRACLETS HAVE BEEN BREAKING SO TODAY I GOT SOME SUPER GLUE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, THEY AIN'T WISILING DIXIE WHEN THEY SAY "BONDS SKIN INSTANTLY" YES, I KNOW I DID THE THING EVERY BODY WORNS YOU ABOUT SUPER GLUE "DON'T GLUE YOUR THINGERS TOGETHER" FORTINITLY I GOT THEM UNSTUCK BEFORE THE GLUE DRYED, BUT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF MY FINGERS FELT LIKE THEY HAD CEMENT ON THEM. THAT STUFF DOESN'T LAST FOREVER ON SKIN.

VBS WEEK

sorry that i haven't been posting for almost two weeks. this week was so fun, i volunteered for VBS i got to lead the the pre-k group around, they are the cutest kids will ever see! Although i didn't get paired up with any of my friends, i still got to see them. they have dancers on stage to help kids dance moves to some of the song they learn and my high school friend feudi was one of them so that was cool. most of my other friends were group leaders too. wednseday we went to youth but since VBS was going this week the youth room wasn't really ready for youth so we went to the church's sister church. that was fun. all week every one at VBS was giving money to a charity called bright futures. if the girls raised more money then the boys obei would get slime pured on his head but if the girls raised more money ms. malinda got slime poured on her head the funny thing was that most of the girls wanted the boys (including me) to win so the girls gave money to the boys so the boys ended up wining. but that wasn't all if we raised over $1000 thousand only on friday night when the kids got to sing the song they learned to there parents
pastor drew would get slimed, we raised $1700 that night so pastor drew got slimed.

PREPARING FOR VBS

for the next two weeks i will have to wake up at six o'clock AM, the reason is because i volunteered to help out at the vacation Bible school (VBS) and i have to get in the habit of waking up early. most of my friends from church are volunteered too. i am sooo looking forward to next week!

YOUTH

we went to youth, blair got to go to the end of the year pool party. a kid made taryn mad somhow so she was chasing him and it sorta turned in to capture the flag with people and the teams were a kid, tyler, david, jonny, and me aginst alli and taryn, then alli and taryn gave up. then we had the bible lesson. as we were waiting for our mom to pic us up, a kid, tyler, and i played monkey in the middle. when a kid and i were both going for the ball and we sorta crashed into each other and he ended up on top of me and he wouldn't get up.

A WET SATURDAY

i went to taryn's house with alli. taryn pulled out her slip n' slide because it was like 90 degrees out side. Wile we were useing taryn's slip n' slide alli's mom was getting a bigger
slip n' slide for alli. when alli's mom got back we went to alli's house and did her slip n'slide.
then we put up the slip n' slide and started playing in the hose. then i had to go because we were going to run arins, and i had to dry my hair and get dressed, it only took me like 10 minutes and my mom thought that it would take like 30 so wile i was drying my hair she started watching a dvd that someone sent her and she got stuck on it, so i went back to alli's house. when i got there they were having a picnic then my mom got done with her dvd and i had to go.
we ate kasey's. then when we got back i went to back to alli's. then alli and taryn went to the church for like 30 minutes then when they got back i went back to alli's then we went to the
cul-de-sak (CDS) then alli's brother garitt and his friend branden came down to the CDS and throw water balloons at us. so then we went to my house and and had a water/soapy water/weed eater/what ever the boys put in the water baloons. then my mom came out and told every one to go home.
